Your opportunity to give feedback on our new telephone system
Our new telephony solution, which was imposed on Practice by NHS England, has been in place for 3 months or more, please could we ask for your help in participating in the next stage of this vital process, a post go-live review. This will support the production of national, regional and ICB level benefits reports and will support Practices to maximise optimum use of the solution in conjunction with other digital tools, supporting Modern General Practice.
The aim of the surveys is to gather responses from practice management teams, practice staff, clinicians, and patients to ensure a rich understanding of the experience and provide extensive intelligence to support the benefits evaluation.
